        I have a couple of questions regarding the Daiwa short no 3, I’m looking at buying some to put up the back of my long ones I got with my Airity power kits and would like to hear someone’s views who uses this configuration. Also what is the product code for the short 3s to fit the Airity and how much should I expect to pay. Thanks Ant

          Do you mean parallel 3 or short 3?

          I thought the short 3 replaced the long 3 not went up the back of it???

          ….at least thats what my short 4’s do…..but hey could be wrong!! 🙂

              Ian im on about replacing the 3 the short 3 goes up the long no 1.When the bbpk1 was put on the tournament packages etc alot of lads scrapped the 3s in favour of short 3s they allegedly made a decent top kit, I’d like to here from lads that use this configuration.

                Ant, I’ve used short 3’s for years,firstly on my Spectron when on the canals up the shelf etc. & more recently on my Tourny ,as you say on a BBK1 when fishing shallow.
                I like them & have never had issue with them,can’t tell you the code or price though,haven’t bought any in years!

                  I use the short 3 with the long BBpk and they are superb ant, In fact one of my mates has 14 of these top kits for his daiwa G8, greedy bugger and he doesn’t even use his daiwa pole as he now uses a z9 he won’t sell the kits which are prestine either doh

                    Thanks for the replies I think I’ve found the right ones i need, i must check though ive seen some super no 3s on Fisherman’s Friend website 33 quid apiece

                      couldn’t believe the price so had a gander, unreal and I bet not much different to the pucker short 3’s
