Has any body got one of these? What’s the verdict on it and what’s the best price there selling for? The best I can find is £54

        Thanks Gaz

I’ve had mine for about 6mths and it’s the dog danglers. The zips are strong and the two handled design really does help getting it in the car or on a trolley. The internal layout is well thought out for those who carry a mix of made up rods in or out of a protected sleeves and a pole plus tips aswell as the general stuff. The simple external design is easily cleaned to.This is the perfect rod bag for the mixed fishery angler imo.
On a slightly different tack if anybody is on the lookout for a new float rod have a look at the drennan acolyte 13ft or 14ft its a fantastic bit of kit. If you put the 14ft next to a 13ft daiwa tournament the drennan 14ft is lighter, crisper and so much better balanced and still able to throw a 10grms slider around. Sorry for not mentioning the Daiwa Air….oh bugger

Had one for a month now and cant fault it apart from a couple of minor gripes… loads of room for poles top kits and rods plus 3 made up rods, well made and double handles are a great idea.

            Light weight considering its size.

            Very comfy to carry/well padded.

Velcro inserts to hold made up rods inside.

            Minus points……

Although a neat and a nice extra touch, the tip protectors and rod bands are not the best, I would change for a softer neoprene material, I have already broken a eye off the end of a feeder 2oz glass feeder tip. they are just not soft enough.

No room for bank sticks feeder arms etc. Could do with an outer pocket for these. I just use the inner brolly pocket as I don’t use a brolly.

Take care if you use bungees to attach this holdall to your trolley… as with some other holdalls the made up rods will be sat at the top and may take the pressure from the bungees resulting in breakages if not careful.

Could do with a hard protected bottom like my other 12 tube preston competition holdall… just for added protection but these are just personal minor gripes.

All in all very good value for money. Think I paid £58
