        Please send a chq for £40 payable to: Gareth Purnell 18 Laxton Drive, Oundle, Northants, PE8 5TW.

        Payments must be in by Friday 14th March ,if not received by then reserves will be offered the available places.

        Please write your site user name and real name on back of chq. If the cheque is for more than one person, write each name on the back please.
