        Silvers getting ready for spawning have been caught in great numbers and weights, Bream in the match to 6lb 4oz, Tench to 3lb 5oz, Ide over 3lb 4oz, skimmers at 2lb, Rudd over 1lb 5oz and Roach over the lb, as well as double figured carp, a 2lb 10oz perch and hell if our gudgeon are not at record weights in Bassetts.

        Cold wet and windy week has dropped water temp by 3 deg which is a huge drop by approx 40% shame as the lakes are fishing well making it uncomfortable for anglers so make sure you have lots of layers to keep the chill out.
