Not as many anglers visited last week with plenty of strong winds and rain. On the calmer days the fishing was superb with some massive rises to buzzers, pond olives and hawthorn.
Bank anglers continue to catch on cloudy days, boats doing better in sunshine.
This week has started well with numerous fish over 4lb. The weather forecast for the next few days should provide some great imitative sport.

Sunday May 11th Elinor held the Tommy Wood Memorial Bank Match
