Angel Of The North Lakes June 15th

Outstanding fishing being reported this week with all species feeding up well, Lookout and Bassetts having good catch rates whilst Bowes is still closed as aerator struggling till new one comes and the carp went into spawning on Bowes as well.

Bassetts had 12 Russians fishing from Armstrong international at team Valley with our angling coaches with 2 interpretors that was an interesting experience as they stand for fishing in Russia and not sit down also has difficulty with landing every fish in a landing net not swinging them in, everyone did catch lots of fish.

Lookout is fishing extreamly well everyone catching wide range of species on a wide range of baits, best carp came out at 19lb 10oz a mirror which even gave us a wow as beautiful fish, Jimmy Dunn from South Shields caught it a female on peg 1 using paste and pellet very close in by his feet of the top of the first shelf. Sunday match was won with 82lb 11oz of the island peg 11 by Dave Pearson
