  Thinking of buying these for pellet wag work, are they ok for lumps, say up to 14lb or so?

  Very good rods mate but are they worth the money just for fishing the wag… There are so many rods on the market that do the same job for a fraction of the price… I bagged at boddington yesterday on an 11ft rod that cost £38 so I think you could find yourself a bargain if you look around

  i think they are exellent rods, but maybe to good a rod for the pellet wag, got 1 but use the daiwa tdm 11ft for that method, and its a third of the price.

  Yes I know! I have a pair of shaky Mach 3 11 footers , £70 each or so and they are brilliant! That is why I posted, are the Daiwas that good?

  I have been told that the multi tip onse are more powerfull and they are cheaper han the out and out pellet waggler rods. The people that have the multi tip rods prefer them to the pellet waggler ones

  I bought one recently secondhand and used it today for the first time at Hayfield my mate used for the first time a brand new daiwa 12′ TDM 2 piece rod and offered me his rod and £150 in exchange for my 12′ Tournament pro. IMO the pro is leagues ahead. So if anybody reading this has a 12′ Tournament Pro waggler rod forsale please PM me with details.
