  At last a bit of coverage on angling on Central news tonight letting people know that the National team are world Champs and European champs and have been many times before and the sport is the biggest participating sport in the country and with some of the team coming from the midlands and a nice message from Dick Clegg saying they don’t get a penny from government or lottery funding. Nice one

  Geeps you coud be right about cycling !! the point we were trying to get over and in fairness it wasn’t a Bad job is the funding side for the ladies and vets . you have to remember these producers dont have a clue about angling and you have to make it as simple as you can for them . At least it’s been on plus they had to buy the footage off sky and filming took most of friday morning its a little step but more than we have seen in the last year or two on National TV

  Place a soft bait bag 6 metres each side of your peg in the middle of the towpath . Walkers and nice people go around and have little problem . Cyclists on the other hand should dismount or at least attempt to slow down . ITS time to let those that don’t contribute realise they are a bloody nuisance and are not welcome . Take them to the mountains !!!!
