Angling Trust RiverFest qualifier – Bristol Avon
The Angling Trust RiverFest third qualifier for 2015 took place on the Bristol Avon, Newbridge to Saltford on Sunday 5th July.
The river was low and clear with weather conditions of sunshine and showers .

TOP SIX

1st Kevin Rowles (Devizes MG) – 22 lb 2 oz
2nd Kevin Hall (Champion Feed) – 19 lb 12 oz
3rd Mark Harrington (Apollo Angling) – 11 lb 3 oz
4th Callum Dicks (Maver) – 9 lb 7 oz
5th Darren Gillman (Maver Bathampton)- 8 lb 9 oz
6th Steve Priddle (Sensas Thyers) – 8 lb 4 oz

Qualifiers for the grand final in November are;

A section Darren Gillman (Maver Bathampton) 8 lb 9 oz peg 12 perch and roach on pole and maggot
B section Mark Harrington (Apollo Angling) 11 lb 3 oz peg 46 perch on feeder and chub on the whip
C section Kevin Rowles (Devizes MG) 22 lb 2 oz peg 97 5 bream on the feeder with worm and maggot.
The next RiverFest qualifier is on Sunday 12th July on the River Trent, Newark Dyke.
