No monsters last week but 11 over 3lb were caught.

        Best Areas
Bank – brookside, dam, boat bay, east arm
Boat – east arm, down middle

        Best Patterns
candy blob, orange blob, black buzzer, red or green diawl bach, grhe, red apps, damsel booby.

A decent week with a rod average close to 3 with plenty of cloud cover and wind helping the fishing. Despite the heavy rain the water remains incredibly clear. Most fish continue to be caught in the top 2 foot.
The above average temperatures has seen plenty of fish being caught by boat anglers in open water.
Brown trout are now out of season and need to be carefully returned.
Afternoon permits now start at midday.

8 members of Tunbridge Wells Fly Fishing Society braved the wet and windy weather on Saturday 7th for a bank competition.
