        Any news regarding what happened? I seem to remember this event was almost cancelled last year due to bad weather, similar to what we had over the weekend!

          it was 10ft high on the sunday mate but still went ahead.the late Billy Lane’s grandson Tom Lane won it with a 44lb total after weighing in only 1 1/2lb on day 1.He caught Barbel on day 2. 🙂 🙂 🙂

            Full results each day overall, each day sections & team can be viewed here http://www.match-angling.com on home page click on view matches without login, then Click on drop down menu, please select then choose match. Select overall or sections or team simple & easy to use. Results were available as soon as last angler was weighed in on the day.
