Elinor is open for boat and bank fishing until December 31st and the 2016 season will start on February 13th.

Boat fishing only.
Lures or sea deadbaits only may be used.

Another week with little angling pressure in the wet, windy conditions.
Bank fishing produced slightly better than the boats. Although there were no rainbows caught over 5lb last week some lovely browns were caught and released.
Washing line method continues to work with a small booby/fab on the point with a combination of diawl bach/hares ear/cruncher/corixa on the dropper.
A small size 10 or 12 shortshank damsel is taking many of the resident fish.
