Evening all. Not been on here for a while!!

Some of you may have seen this on Facebook – but in case you’ve not…..

Well after a long and frustrating winter, the cat is finally out of the bag.
Months of hard work by Rob Hughes and I are about to bear fruit….and angling will be back on TV.

We’re moving to BT Sport if you haven’t heard. We’ll be producing programmes based around 15 events (the usual suspects like Maver Match This, Parkdean Masters etc,). There will also be an additional 12 programmes in a ‘magazine’ format.

There will be a real mixture of angling content – so it won’t just be a carp fishing show, or a match fishing one. There will be plenty of fluff chucking, lure fishing, sea angling and just lovely stuff from all over the place.

Put simply, if you like watching fishing on telly, there will always be something for you.

The thing I’m massively excited about is the magazine show to champion all we do. That will be in addition to the 15 event shows…

On air later in the year. Dates to be confirmed by the gaffer!!

Can’t begin to explain how exciting it all is. The broadcast stuff will be supported by loads of web content to. BT have been fantastic.
