beastie will depend where ya draw but margins will kick in 6 islands the same unless u have room itll be hardest lake to catch catmeat over micros is doing some damage on there atm yew and oak will be wind orientated shallow well slapping dont need to feed much on there n on some pegs margins kick in a middle of the lake is a good draw on oak n yew

Yeah pullers are okay,and flat bed methods are fine too
Just make sure you take enough baits with you,
And if you go on beastie,gear up hard in margins or near to snags cos i promise you that the barbel will be straight in them if you dont hit and drag em,theres thousands of barbel in there from one pound to over ten pound.

we fish 3 days a few times a year and i only take casters and meat, i fish nothing more than top 2 down the sides on beastie with caster, shallow and on the deck, youre looking for about 2 foot, had 226lb off beastie 13 in june (a good draw to be fair) but it works on most pegs, fed about 5 pints of casters.

6 islands is margins if you have room, or top 2 and 2 for me, meat and as mentioned micros. caster can work but a lot more roach in here.

the strip lakes i again always fish caster down the side and top 2 and 2. as mentioned beastie and the strips are full of barbel and go crazy.

make ya margin rigs to 3ft its quite deep straight off the bank n ill give u a tip the banks r well undercut most fish live there, in the deepest part of the lake is just less than a top3 note it can tow alot too so have a few heavy rigs prepared .75g for eg,the beauty about decoy is that all the lakes r much around the same depth give or take an inch

Cant argue with the analysis,they seem spot on,follow what theyve said and you will be hard to beat 🙂
