am I getting a good deal?

hi everyone I have been offered a daiwa matchwinner power curve 13ft float rod,(the will raison one) and a daiwa rsi 2500 reel in absoloutely pristine condition, not a mark on them. they come in a fox rod sleeve also like new with tip and butt protectors. I can pay £140 for the lot is this a good deal and how old are the rod and reel. would be great to hear some replies.

I believe the rod could be had new for around £120 and the reel around £40 new. Throw in say £30 max for the sleeve and you are looking at £190 total value new. Not sure if these items are still produced so I would say £90 – £100 = a bargain and anything over £120 would be paying over the odds.
