Winter is still here –5 deg overnight and frozen lakes on Sunday wow what an easter weekend
Water temperature at 1 degree ??
We have had a long winter snow started Oct 22nd and snowed today,
Fish still shoaled very tight and bites are shy, carp and silvers coming out
Monday morning and its –1 roll on warm weather!!
Sunday 31st March 13 open –5 overnight & frozen lakes so had to use Bowes as aerator kept some parts ice free, water temp 1 deg !!!!
Conditions severe cold overnight –5, froze all lakes however aerator kept Bowes part free of ice so moved match to bowes, ambient temp rose to 2 deg, wind calm then E 6 mph, barometer 1016.9mb, moon phase waning gibbous, water temp 1 deg, PH 7.10, DO12.9
