Yeah make sure you take some steroids before you go, especially if you draw Speci Lake. God them fish fight in there~sick

Do not fill it in. On the match lake just fish hard pellet – pellet wag or pole, with a hair rigged band on a 16-20 hook – 0.12 – 0.14 for the wag. Feed just a few (6-8) every put in. Beware the fishery 6 mils – they float.

I sat next to Des Shipp on Sunday and got a few tips. On the speci lake feed and pole fish pellet – either hard if you’re at the fat end or soft at the narrower end as you’ll need to catch skimmers. Start off with an hour on the method. Feed a bit of corn with two hours to go on the pole line and fish specifically for carp.

Overall it’s quite slow at the moment.

Dirkdiggler, I’m fishing there tomorrow also, it’s the first round of the Drennan Knockout Cup and theres 100 fishing. 45 speci, 40 match lake and 15 arena.
