I have an upcoming match on manor Farm Harvington stretch and although have been on the fisheries page to gain some information was wondering if people had an idea of current methods, tactics, baits and generally what to expect.

if you draw down far end of the stretch barbel barbel barbel an big uns too if you fish top end in the “rapids” and faster water i’d fish a long rod overshot ya float and fish foot an half over depth an just inch it thru for barbel, chub an roach

has been known to be yep I used to fish opposite the stretch your going on if you can find out which bit your on might be able t see whats goin i know that its crystal clear

Walked the length last weekend as never fished there before. Even after the rain it was still clear, was hoping this weeks might colour it up a bit?
Some lads from Liverpool were sitting on the pellet for barbel without luck, They said 5oz had won the previous match on there??? Should have around 25 pegs, don’t know if that will give us all the stretch or not? will try to find out eaxactly. Where are you this weekend?
