A reminder that the Season never closes at Ballyhass. Here is a list of activities for the coming period.
Weekend events;
Saturday 3rd October – An introductory fly fishing course with Glenda Powell (2 places available)
Saturday the 10th and Sunday the 11th October – Free fly box with a full day fly fishing permit or a free tub of worms with a full day bait permit
Saturday the 17th and Sunday 18th October – Fly tying demonstrations with
Tony O’ Sullivan between the hours of 2pm to 6pm
Saturday 31st October – Father and son day. 25% off full day permit
Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th November – Free Juvenile casting clinic between the hours of 10am to 12noon (Subject to availability. Limited number of places, so please ring to confirm)
Saturday 14th November – Fishing techniques with Basil Shields from 1pm to 5pm
Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November – father and son day 25% off full day permit
Saturday 28th November – best caught fish on camera (on Bait Lake only) receive a prize
Sunday 29th November – best caught fish on camera (on Fly Lake only) receive a prize
Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December – Every angler enters a free draw for a turkey
Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th December – Every angler enters a free draw for a ham
Christmas to New Year – This period is a busy time, so if you wish to take out a boat, please book in advance.
Closed on Christmas day.
