  Am off to the grand national tmrw and staying over in Liverpool, was wanting to visit a decent sized tackle shop on the Sunday?

  moslty small shops, but i would go to Ray’s tackle in knotty ash or taskers tackle in anfield.

  theres a few good tackle shops mike, rays tackle, jonos and tommys in widnes but only taskers is open on a sunday mate. All worth visiting

  Taskers is the best one to visit mate, pole alley there too. Good shop.

  I would suggest you travel up the M6 to Preston. Its only 40 minutes away from Liverpool. Most of the Liverpool match lads shop at Carters for there bigger items of tackle (poles, rods, reels, boxes, ect) and only pick up the smaller items of tackle and bait locally.
