got a match on the hall lake here in 2 weeks any info, baits and what fish are in there cheers

theres a good head of 2-4lb carp in there but dont ignore the skimmers.pegs on the corners of the central island are good tip pegs for carp but the pole will be your safest bet for small carp and skimmers on pellet or corn

cheers for that the pole it is then would the straight lead and popped up bread work i think were on roughly pegs 10 to 20

If you have the island in front of you then i would definately have a chuck with a straight lead with hair rigged meat,corn ,or large punched bread(check if breads allowed)or a small method feeder.if its still cold try about 5-6 ft off the island in the deeper water
