        Anyone any ideas on a charter boat that runs within 2 hour drive of birmingham that can provided tackle and some fishing for landlocked brummies

          I think there might be a boat out of Portishead. Not 100% sure but give Olivers Angling, Clevedon, a ring and they can confirm. 1 1/2 hours tops from Brum. Matt

                Come down to sunny wales mate!! Loads of boats in penarth and barry most of whom are friendly guys and will do their best to catch you fish. M5,M50 then M4 you can do it 1 1/2 hours easy.
