2009 British Pike Squad Team Selection Final
There are a limited number of places available on a first come first served basis, for dedicated pike anglers that would like the chance to represent their nation as members of the British Pike Squad that will face their Irish counterparts at the 19th International Pike Championship’s in Ireland at the beginning of October next year.
This team will be selected from the overall top 10 placed anglers at our annual 2 day British Pike Squad Team Selection Final which is taking place over the forthcoming weekend of the 5th and 6th of September at Whittlesey in Cambridgeshire.
Both days of the event will be fished as One Rod River Roving matches, with any methods allowed except for the use of live-baits. Further information and entry forms for this years event can be obtained by writing to the address below, or from our website at http://www.britishpikesquad.com .
This years 18th International meeting between Great Britain and Ireland will take place over the weekend of the 3rd & 4th of October on the Somerset Levels around Bridgwater, and all anglers are welcome to come along and witness this premier sporting occasion.
