Canal Greys

Any one know where I can get my hands on some of these floats? They are/were made by Middy and if I remember right they were based on an original Billy Makin design?

Only ones I see on the web are sold in sets with other float designs? you must be able to get them individually.

I have a couple but would like some more as I’m finding them very handy for waggler fishing on the Fenland drains 🙂

TBH I think that the Drennan Canal Wagglers are as good as the Image or Billy Makins.

From the original BM Greys my favourite was the 2BB with a bulbous bottom. Aesthetically perfect but the Drennan’s do the job perfectly adequately.
