Anyone know how you stop cats crapping all over your garden~think, personally i hate the things, even more so now ~naughty. Its always seems to be at night, ive never seen one yet, anything i can put down besides milk & paracetamol lol, might have to invest in a free roaming rottweiller ~think.

Only thing i can suggest is a water pistol, great fun for u but takes a bit of time to “train” them not to venture onto your garden.
I’m sure u can plant something in the garden that will deter them…. google it.

i found a squeezy jar of marmite does the trick…lol

.22 air rifle also has the desired affect.
you could borrow my staffi as he is a little partial to cat meat but finds the bones a little chewie.or an elctric fence…

i’ve got the ultrasonic shitey thingy, either its crap or I’ve got a deaf cat visiting my garden.
Done the milk bottle and half fill with water thing, that attracted an extra cat.
Done the mustard and pepper, load of crap.
Big rocks work, if only you can get one to actually cave its skull in, I keep missing.
I am not getting the crapping problem, my visitor keeps trying to catch the birds on the bird table.
Very much thinking of poisoning the bstd….and I really don’t give a flying toss if any cat lovers don’t like my attitude.
If any cats are in my garden, they are fair game.

We’ve got a problem with them at the side of the house using a gravelled parking area.

They S*it in the gravel and then leave a little burial mound so you know where it is. Tread in it and you have gravelly poo in the tread of your shoes and all over your carpets.

Did manage to deter them though.

We cleaned it all up using a lawn rake and then used a very strong solution of Jeyes fluid all over the gravel. It is a very strong disinfectant smell and they didn’t do it again for several weeks until it had worn off.

If I see a neighbours cat doing it I just put the offending article on a garden trowel and accidentally sling it back over the fence.

The neighbour one side did wonder earlier in the year how her cats (Marmite & Guinness) were managing to crap on the cover of their swimming pool…. ~think

Can’t see a solution as can’t really get a dog or a bigger cat for that matter. Sure can’t shoot em even with BB’s, will try the lemons and oranges, maybe limes nest year tho.

In the case of the dog poo however, I DO see it as an excuse for harming the owner -in the pocket at least.

And no, I don’t mean shoving the poo in his or her pocket.

I get it on my carpet and in my car -your pockets are easier to clean -but you have to walk home stinking of what you wanted to leave behind.

Seem to be attracted to it, or it to me! When I see a dog doing it’s biz I deliberately watch the owner and make sure they know I’m watching so they have to pick it up, else, a few choice words are forthcoming!!! :o)

Stoped putting stuff out for the birds now, which is a shame.
