        Hi,
Apparently Royal Mail now being sniffy about longer pole sections and applying limit- which effectively prevents sending by R/Mail.
Anybody cheapest courier that they would recommend?

I used interparcel for 3 items 1 they lost and I eventually got a refund after supplying them with recipts. 1 they broke which was a tourney top kit after they examined the packaging ang found that it was more than adequate they refunded me again! And 1 item arrived safe! So it really was a lottery with them! I’ve used My Hermes since and not had a single problem with them just drop them off anytime at my local Co Op. not sure if they take long pole sections tho!

              cheers,
good to know about the refund for damage Matt,
that’s a big plus point – have had to resort to small claims court in past with a different national courier.

Hi Daz, i have recently used interparcel and citylink, the reason for using citylink is the insurance cover, basic parcel is covered upto £20, i think it cost me £1 or £2 extra for cover upto £75.00 it might not be everyones preferred courier, but i had no trouble, the 2-3 day service was actually delivered next day with 7 out 8 deliveries.
