        recently i have seen rods left in while the person left his peg,casting in to other peoples swims(or at the very least pushing it).and trying to foul hook fish.makes me wonder just how much of this sort of thing goes on

            Its always going to be around where theres money and competitiveness, as for not mixing in them circles you can’t decide if someone else is going to or are cheating untill they are caught. It’s just a problem that will always be around.
