gazza.b, i was next to Coxy last year on Gwinnier in the Prestons festival and he was feeding that partimix down the margins. It looked very good and made a very good sound as it went into the water. I expected him to bag up once the carp arrived late on in the match. He fished 2 big worms on the hook when he went down the sides in the last 20 minutes of the match. I had fed corn, hemp and ground bait in my margins either side of me. I could see carp in his margin swims when he went on his margin swims but he was not getting the bites you would expect. I got the feeling that the carp where pre-occupied with his feed on that day. I had 3 lumps to his 1 to beat him on the day. Although there where as many lumps in his peg as in mine. I suspect that if he had held back on the partimix once the fish had arrived and had just fed worm. I suspct he would have caught more lumps. Just something to consider!
