chopped worm

Are there any hard and fast rules about feeding, when fishing chopped worm and caster or just chopped worm ????

no mate pleanty of worms and casters in ya feed and i just use half a worm cut off at hook for the fish to home in on the guts.

was after how much you feed and how fine you cut them for a typical snake type fishery

try and get away with the least amount of worm possible to start on your initial “chop” as you will probably chop enough to last you 1-2 hrs to start with
if you feel the need you can always add more worm to the mix but you cant sit there picking it out !!
how fine you chop is trial and error but out of habbit i chop fine to the same size as a caster
theres always big bits left you can try as hookers

i start 2 big pots also put some soil in to bulk it out thn take it from there ,depends on what fish move in to how much ya feed .
