        Summer is here! 4 yellowfin trevally, 3 garfish, 13 halfbeak (on bread) and a pipefish…

        Freeline live anchoivies for bait, 40lb handline and 6ftrod + 2500 reel loaded with 15lb.

        Pipefish, is it a good bait for Cod? Huh, 5 x 20/0 gang hook will do for bait presentation?

        I’ve re-loaded my reel with 6lb braided line fer tomorrow…

          I’d say pipefish aint as good as blue-E’s but with them tablets breaking on me hooks, pipefish might be esier to use 🙂

            Is taht a Berkely spininning rod? I’ve got a 10ft version of that rod, great fun for Mackerel and Gar off our shores, 1.5-2 ounce casting weight

              It’s a tica light action. I use it for lures up to 25g,I’ve landed fish to 8lb on it.
