TF_budnuddParticipantHi all, just wondered if any of you lot have tried these for the pellet wag and what your opinions are?
Was thinking of trying the larger model for messingham sands where a decent chuck is generally required etc
Just wonder what the pro’s and cons are? (apart from the price lol)

TF_budnuddParticipantthe major thing that interested me was the connecting wire that aids it cast, is this also on the ones you refer to yorki?

TF_JMCLincolnHi Guys.
Just spent most of the afternoon at Hayfield Lakes chucking these about.I would say for Messingham you won’t need anything bigger than the Medium Rocket Pellet. These have been approved by Kev as well upto the Medium size.
Don’t forget you get a one year guarantee on the float against manufacturing faults as well. Please feel free to chuck them onto an island or up a tree, they are not covered by the guarantee if you do that. lol.
One other point that people miss out on as well is that you don’t have to put as much effort into your casting, because they fly great.

whittyYou don’t want to be leaving to many up a tree or on an island at that price nuddy.
I got some Garbolino 10g loaded bodied wagglers for messingham.
Do the Carlusso ones fit the Messingham criteria ?

TF_budnuddParticipantdear mr paste, i can feed over my float mate dont worry im feeding 11mm pellets via shot gun~clap
Dave they wont end up trees mate i will make sure of that (im too tight to leaver them there)
Messingham rules refer to float bristle dia and float size ie max 12g so these floats fit the bill.

glen worthingtonParticipantDont know about pellet work but we use them in Holland off the beach near Hellvoetsluis and you can cast to the horizon with them but as we feed balls of heavy groundbait no problem reaching the fishin area but a big advantage of them is that they are the most accurate floats i have ever used, for that alone they are worth what you pay for them imho.
