John, Cromer pier is not too good at the moment. Youll catch small whiting and flats. There are a few codling in rough weather. The surrounding beaches are throwing up lots of whiting after dark (some gooduns) and thin dabs by day, on the Cley-Weybourne shingle. Trimingham is rammed with micro codling and thats consistent round to Suffolk. Too early for bass, and Ive never caught or seen a pollock off the pier! Try http://www.leader-lines.com for up to date catch reports. Matt

Cheers mat, yea last year me and my mate from work and his son fished cromer pier, the tide was early evening, i had two pollock , and both my mate and his son had pollock, and a reasable flatie, some lads further around the pier has one or two nice bass, the best going 7 to 8 lb, which they sold to a resterant near the shire horse centre.
Again thanks mat, and hopefully going to try and get some fishing in and around Norfolk very soon, john.
