hi all.its probably been asked before.iv been fishing for the past 25 years and only in the last 3 years taken to using the pole and trying to perfect my pole fishing which iv had some excellent results with.the problem iv got is to get the cupping kit to the same size as iv cut my top kits too.i cant seem to get a big enough adaptor that goes onto the top kit to the cups to get the cupping kit to the same size as top kits?my top kits are cut back to about 8ft which seems to be the recommended size? anyone else had this problem? iv noticed preston and garbolino do an ajustable cupping kit which i guess would solve the problem but iv got a maver 171 would these cupping kits fit on a maver pole?.any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

                  TF_Nigel.

It is a pain i agree.

Yes the Garbolino is universal, and as far as i am aware, fits all pole no 4s.
( i have one too, very good)
