could anyone give us any info on this place as im there this saturday.

Shallow mate, particularly on open water pegs, pellet or caster on pole, or pelly wag. If you draw an island, fish pellet but look for signs of them comming up for toss-potted bait.

Stick some bait in the edge as the day goes on and expect a few bites in the last hour or two.

Fish seem to be shoaled up in the first bay (peg 1-15). Its worth setting up a pellet feeder for fishing tight against the island too.

hi,weve got aweekend coming up in june and we are fishing the small 10 peg lake on the sat and one of the others sunday,never been before so dont know any methods or rules,any info would be welcome

Yeh as Jon said. SHALLOW. My pal emptied willows the other week fishing shallow. One of the key points he made was working the rig non stop and not feeding to much, he reckons he fed just over a pint and hes caught 200lb. If thats not your cuppa tea there are fish to be caught on the deck but not 200lbs worth. Caster is easier to catch on in my opinion and youll also get alot of bonus chub which run to 3lb but again i dunno if you would have 200lb.

Royboy, 4 island is the 10 peg alke ve never fished it but the whole of decoy is pretty standard mate, if you have an island fish pellets and maybe a bit of corn to it if not then look to catch shallow. Edges always throw up a few fish late on. No method feeder. A foot above and below float. 4 inch minimum hooklength. no bait limits but to be honest you dont need loads!

10 pegger lake is 4 islands without a doubt this is the best shallow lake on the complex.Banded 4 mm pellet @ 1ft to 2ft deep.If your not a shallow angler then corn on the deck is mega.If your half sharp then 150lb can easily win this.

Willows is an out and out pellet shallow venue.However if your lucky enough to get peg 24,25 or 35 then feeder and corn will empty it you ll see why if you draw any of these.If you get 15 and the wind allows you fish @13.5m to the island where you will find a dept of around a foot.This peg holds alot of fish mainly being ghostys of around 3lb.
