deep shallow shoting paterns?

when fishing uitw 3-4foot plus what do people find the best shotting patern, bulk, bulk and dropers or strung out?~think

I have the bulk under the float and a few number 10’s strung out if missing bites either come shallower or put more shot down the line

two swan shot close to hook,then try and hit them on head, then just wait until they get in netting distance,stand on ur hook until laccy comes out and net um ~think

ask alex matt,,he swears by putting the majority of the weight right under the float to allow for a more natural fall with 2 or 3 number 10s down the line,,!
watched him do it last summer,,,pure class!

he is brilliant at it mate i took r8 liking off him a few years ago b4 he took over he had 70odd pound to piss the match to my 15lb

The same as most of the shotting patterns for carp fishing keep it simple and have a bulk about 12-18 inches away from the hook

String all your shot out and instead of laying your rig right or left swing it out to create a pendulum.
