Great service, I on the other hand have to deal with shimano. I sent my baby baitrunner off for a small repair 6 weeks ago. I’ve heard nothing chased them weekly and never heard anything back. The tackle shop folks told me they are now usless at servicing since being taken over by Raparla. Good job i don’t use it much.

Used them in the past over a broken pole section absolutely fantastic service and a genuine caring for the customer attitude, other companies should take a leaf from their book.

Browning take some beating as well, I can vouch for their service even for sections coming from Holland, ordered Monday morning fishing with it Friday….on at least 3 occasions … well I am a clumsy git at times I might add…with size 12 hooves

They have mostly all upped their game since Browning shook it up 3 years ago….. except for one of them that is…. I don’t like green graphics anyway….
