        Thanks for the help, but to no avail.
        My mate called Stoney Cove diving center, (the deepest in the country!) and at first they said, oh no, we cant do that, too dangerous! then called back with a phone number.
        A guy called Joe is a instructor from Litchfield, and came out to Makins, and found the section within half an hour.
        £50 for his trouble, and everone is happy.

        His no is 07791 286411 in case anyone needs a diver in the Midlands.

            Nigel great post what with the recent windy weather, cant see why theres not a national register of divers who could help local fisheries with this prob ????? seems like a good service for the price of a section today ????PS IS THAT THE SITE WHERE THE VIDEO PIKE MATING ASWELL????~think

              would he visit willingshurst to see if theys any fish in there, may take a little longer than 30 minutes to find any…
