        What’s the thoughts on the best pattern for shallow punch fishing on canal commercials this time of year? Shallow meaning 8 inches to 2 foot max. Something that sets very quickly? Light — 2 or 3 no 11 stots (3 or 4×8)
        I like the Chianti type but want wire stem for stability
        Any thoughts appreciated….

          Don’t take this the wrong way but does it really matter? If you want stability couldn’t you just put some shot directly under the float? Isn’t strength more important, like for example fishing towards features? Just wondering.
