Stock Pool Open – Sunday 23rd May 2010
Even though the sun was baking down across the country, and most tried to find some shade to hide away, anglers still attended the now popular open on the Stock Pool. The matches recently on here have all been close, which makes it more exciting and Sundays was no different.Top three results:

Midland Stockholders Club match – Match Pool 22nd May 2010
Thank you to everyone at Docklow for another successful Midland Stockholders Open on Saturday 22 May. I thought that the direct sun and spawning might affect the catches, but it turned out to be a very close match as follows;

Snake Open – Saturday 22nd May 2010
The first silver fish Open on the “Snake” of 2010 fished really well. The weather was a scrocher! So hot, and the most of the fish were basking on the surface. But a glorious day gave us a good days fishing, catching in the shade. Top weights were on chopped worm and caster, fishing very light rigs.
