Doubled elastic connection

I use Dacron to connect elastic to line, but when using doubled elastic what’s the best way. I was thinking of tying a knot and looping the Dacron over as I would do for single. Or do I loop the dacron through the loop of the doubled so it’s only tied to a single lenght then pull the sleeve over?

the knot end should be on your bung mate and loop the dacron with the doubled up end

Do it the way you would for single laccy because if you put the loop at the bush end when it frays you’ll have to knot it anyway or replace every few weeks

Loop to loop is the best way.
