If you had 7 match top kits and 4 carp kits, and you had to elasticate them for the year without changing them which would you choose and why. The elastics have to cover all situations whether it be Canal, River or Commercial, oh and the Wifes Thong as well.

Drawbag, such a difficult question to answer mate……

I take it you want to cover everything from 2 to the oz bits on a canal to double figure carp on puddles….If thats the case then I would:

Hydro through all carp kits……2 white on pulla, 1 black on pulla, 1 red.

Solids on match top 3’s….. 2 No. 2, 1 no. 3, 2 no. 4, 2 no. 6

Just a rough idea mate from me, I think this would cover most situations. Too vague without knowing what venues you want to fish mate and how many duplicate rigs you are willing to set up….

I’d put 2x 14 latex and 2x double no8 preston slip in the power kits.

In the match tops i’d put 2x double no6, 2x double no4 and then 1x no2,3 + 4
