Fishing is difficult at the moment, especially for bank anglers.
On most days a few boats manage to get a good bag of fish even when others are struggling. Trout usually shoal up in extremes of water temperatures so it’s worth keeping on the move until you find them. There continues to be fish feeding on damsels, both nymph and adult.
Water clarity has greatly improved over the last few days and slightly cooler weather will have the fish feeding more regularly.
