An excellent rod average with the new stock fish livening up the residents. Water clarity very good now with anglers catching on small buzzers as well as lures. Generally, on windier days mini lures in black/green or white/green in the top 3 foot are working best although on calmer days smaller imitative patterns are needed with many fish on or near the surface.
Elinor is open until December 31st although season ticket holders can bank fish throughout January.
On Tuesday December 2nd Steve Cullen fished at Elinor. The Sky Sports cameras kept a close eye on him. You can see how he got on this Friday December 12th on “Tightlines”, Sky Sports 3 at 7pm.
