Bank anglers had a good week although Paul Dunstan had a bonanza 20 fish day on crunchers from his float tube.
Lures are working well early morning. However in the clear water the fish soon wise up and nymphs fished almost static continue to catch.
It is pleasing to see the good number of browns being caught and released including the biggest for a few years by season ticket holder, Mike Creamer.
Elinor is open for boat and bank fishing until December 31st and the 2016 season will start on February 13th.
Season ticket holders only can bank fish during January.
