Boats are still fishing well and there is a gradual improvement in bank fishing now the water temperature is falling with a few anglers managing a limit bag.
Most fish are being taken in the top two feet with plenty of fish rising especially on calmer days. Floating or intermediate lines are all you need at the moment.
A good number of fish in the 2lb 8oz to 4lb range are showing up.
The predicted cooler weather at the end of the week should see even more fish feeding in the margins on corixa, fry and small black buzzers now that the daddies are getting sparser.
