11 members of Invicta fly fishers held an informal bank match for the Norman Shippey Memorial Trophy.
A very windy day made for challenging conditions although all anglers managed to catch.
A total of 56 fish were landed.

Elinor is fishing very well on days with lighter winds although it’s been much more difficult when the wind blows.
The buzzer fishing has really got started this week with large hatches of black buzzers of all sizes. A good number of fish are rising in the evenings although during the day fish are mainly being caught 4-6 foot down.
Water clarity remains excellent and along with the forecast mild temperatures there should be some great nymph fishing over the next few weeks.
