        Brown
4lb 8oz Will Childs, Lowick, shuttlecock cdc, boat

        Best Areas
Bank – brookside, east arm, coarse bank, gravel bar
Boat – all areas of the lake producing fish

        Best Patterns
black or olive buzzer, red diawl bach, cruncher, small damsel, hopper boobies, shipmans, cdc buzzers.

The bank fishing has certainly improved now the wind is back to a normal SW direction. Plenty of rising fish are in range of the bank during the day and especially the evening.
Fish continue to feed heavily on buzzers of all sizes. Finally there is some consistent dry fly sport. Otherwise a washing line with a hopper booby on the point and crunchers/diawl bachs on the dropper.
Boat anglers are taking good bags of fish all over the lake. Deep buzzers working well in bright conditions but you need to be prepared to follow the fish to the surface when conditions allow.
