A cracking week for both boat and bank anglers. Most fish continue to be caught on or near the surface with a variety of methods. On windy days lures will work but in calmer conditions the fish can be tricky when feeding on very small black buzzers when an imitative approach is needed.
Water clarity is superb and the fish are fighting fit. Along with buzzers the main food source at the moment is daphnia, corixa and immature damsels.
