England international Teams

So the England Ladies have just had Trials for next years team yet they have picked the same team except for one person who has retired from international duty and has been replaced by another ex international why do they have these trials they are a waste of time the team is never going to change as does all the international teams very very rare are you going to see new face.
Someone could win every major match that’s run here perhaps more than once and would never ever got a chance to fish for there country so having trials is a complete waste of peoples time its a closed shop.whats the saying its who you know not what you know or how big is your sponsorship.IMO by the way

It is rare
However experience of what’s required commitment wise is so important and as well as a good fish catcher you need someone who can use the inevitable nervous energy positively
Italy once went down the route of picking the top six from their trials
It was a disaster and they quickly reverted back to hand picking
Other teams actually look up to and aspire to how England do it… for obvious reasons (results)
