I am yet to receive any kind of response from you regarding my emails and messages on this forum, even though this forum informs me you are reading my messages. It’s now been exactly 1 month since I paid for the item. I have given you plenty of time and various chances to contact me.

Please issue me with a full refund of £84.00 at your earliest convenience before I take this to the next level.

Sorry to hear that mate.
I know that i am rather fed up of reading the same type of message about this fellow.
I took somecalls last month from Batone i think it was who had problems.
I will have a chat with Geeps about this and it could be a ban situation here.
I could ban him off the site now, but that would remove one of your contact channels, so i wont do it for now, but you need to let us know when you get your money, or the things you orderd.

Thanks for your message Paddy, and please do not be sorry, it is not your fault.

I have bought/sold hundreds of items on this forum and various other forums, I have never had a single bad dealing or any hassle until now which shows that 99% of the forum users are true anglers. Unfortunately, it’s these one off bad dealings that people tend to remember.

I was hoping to sort it myself without the need to involve anyone else, but will see how things go. I will keep you updated.

Since your message last Tuesday (18th Nov) stating you would be sending out 2 top kits to me on Thursday (20th Nov), I really did think we was going to resolve this issue once and for all.

However it seems I was wrong. I have yet again not received any items at all, nor any replies to my messages and emails.

It’s now been over 7 weeks since I sent you payment for £84.00 for 2 top kits.
You have had plenty of time to rectify this issue, and I have now lost my patience.

Your are an absolute joke to deal with.

Please issue me with a full refund of £84.00. I will give you untill 10pm Tuesday 2nd Dec before I take this further.

Yes I use paypal mate, but unfortunely I sent it via PayPal gift.

He has been banned on a permanent basis.
Shame as this is the first person that has been removed for a long time, but the amount of complaints about this user over the course of his membership was to one too many.

Thanks Pad. Good riddance in my opinion.

By means of an update for others reading this post…After 7 weeks, I eventually received a refund this morning, albeit the guy tried to claim my PayPal account was not a real account and he could therefore not refund me. He also kindly refunded me the full amount but ticked the PayPal box to say I would pay the PayPal fee’s, so I was charged £6 by PayPal for the refund. The guy is such a joke, I can’t even be bothered to argue this out with him.

I’ve been a TF forum member for 10+ years I think, I ‘ve bought hundreds of items from this forum and others, this is the first bad dealing I’ve had. It won’t put me off buying/selling on forums, but it will make me do a little more research before sending the payment.

No problems……………
I always make sure that i have a real name and address for anything that i have off the buys/sells section.
That way you will always have additional recourse should anything go wrong.
